What Kind of Hair Treatment Do You Need?
It is very important that you know what kind of product that you need for the condition of your hair. If you are looking for a particular hair treatment to handle a specific problem you should make sure that the ingredients in the product are the most appropriate for your condition.
People who are experiencing a hair loss will need a very specific treatment for their hair loss problem. When your hair is thinning there are typically a number of things that could be the cause. You should try and determine the cause of your hair loss before you settle on a product.
When women lose their hair it is typically for one of a number of reasons. A woman could begin to lose her hair because of stress, for example. Eliminating the stress in your life might be the best hair treatment that you could do for your thinning hair.
There are certain medications that can cause a hair loss as well. If you are taking a medication, you should check with your doctor to see if it could be responsible for your hair loss. You might be able to change the medication or stop taking it if it is causing a hair loss.
A visit to the doctor might be a good idea as well. There are some illnesses that could be the cause of your hair loss. If the doctor can diagnose your illness and treat it, your hair loss could stop. This is something that you want to check with your doctor to see if it is the problem.
While there may be many reasons for hair loss, there are some hair treatment products that will help you get a fuller appearance from your hair. Look for something that is made from natural ingredients so that you do not damage your hair with any harsh chemicals. Natural ingredients in your hair care products are the safest and gentlest way to care for your hair.
Check online for a hair loss product if you cannot find any cause for your hair loss. There may be something that a hair product can do for you if the problem is not any of the problems mentioned earlier. It might be a problem with your scalp, in which case you should treat this directly. There are a number of products available on the market that can help you treat your thinning hair.
Do some research on the kind of ingredients that you should be looking for in your hair care product. You should be looking for a business that will provide you with the finest ingredients in their product. Look for a product that has been around for a number of years and has been proven to work through customer testimonials. This is generally a good way to find out if the product has been tried and proven.
Finally, try a couple of hair treatment products to find the one that will work for you. There is no better way to find out if something will work than to give it a try.

Nutrition is very important. Protein and B vitamins especially. Biotin is supposed to be good to support hair growth. I take that and and Omega 3/6/9 from GNC. I'm also currently trying hair supplements (Hairtopia) but I don't know if it works yet, I bought a Nioxin starter set at the recommendation of the receptionist at the salon. I don't know if that works yet either but all of these things have been recommended so I figure it can't hurt. (Although I think the Hairtopia may be making me break out.) A lot of people recommend prenatal vitamins but I think any vitamin is good and that its the pregnancy, not the vitamins that makes hair grow.

for the coconut milk do you just pour it over your hair or what?
what do you do.? could you let me know please?
That's called a relaxer or a straightening perm and it lasts about 3-5 months. Basically they put the treatment in your hair in four section and then comb it through your hair piece by piece then they do this for about half an hour then they leave it in your hair til they see that its straight then they wash it off with a neutralizing shampoo then condition it after that they usually blow dry hair.
A warning though perms are pricey and they do a lot of damage to your hair so you have to make sure you know how to maintain it.
i use friut kick

I’m testing my new pantaine shampoo and conditioner right now
i'm really sorry it didn't work out the first time:[
i just got it done today and i loved it!!!!!! the lady who did mine used the straightening method. she washed my hair, blew it out straight, and then coated it in keratin. then i sat for about a half hour while it soaked in and then she blew it dry again and then flat ironed it. ask your stylist to do the same
good luck!!!!!!!
I will be including this to my listing of book marks.
