you should stop wearing foundation. it clogs your pours. also, it would help if you cleaned your pillow cases. i use clean and clear and i sometimes use Nutragina. my skin looks clear! another tip is to not eat very much candy or soda. also, dont use proactive. it sucks eggs. TRUST ME. hope i helped!!!!
