quick fix is not good so do it the natural way way. you can join a gym and get a trainer but you can save some money and run, do push up and sit up for your abs. you should start by walking. you walk for like a minute and jog and then walk..you know till you can start jogging and make the distance longer and longer as you see fit. the push ups will build your core and upper body including your soulders and triceps…crunch(situps) on the floor, knees slighly bent and hands behind your head…lift shoulders above ground squeezing ur tummy…this will also help…running is the key to loose lots of weight and also to get tooned
