Human need vitamins and he get it from their food which they eat regularly. Vitamins are mixture of chemical which we get in small amount from our daily diet. If we any vitamin in our body then we have suffer from the deficiency disease. Vitamins which we take through food, some are fat- soluble and other is water-soluble. The ability to dissolve vitamins in body temperature with other substance can well manage by a human body.

Here are some fat-soluble vitamins like vitamin A, D, E and K. They are found in foods which contain fats and oil.

Vitamin A: – Vitamin A can be obtained by eating dairy products, liver oils, green vegetables etc. They help in growth and development of cells. Its deficiency causes skin problem.

Vitamin D: – Vitamin D can be obtained by eating dairy product, fish, eggs, sunlight etc. It helps in growth and development of your teeth and bones. Its deficiency causes teeth and bones related problems.

Vitamin E: – Vitamin E can be obtained by eating green leaves, dairy product, wheat oil etc. It acts as antioxidant in our body. Its deficiency may harm your nervous system and you also have genetic problem.

Vitamin K: – Vitamin K can be obtained by eating green vegetables, sprouts, milk etc.

A part of body’s vitamin K can be obtained by bacteria which are living in intestine and it also play main role in blood clotting. Its deficiency may affect your new born child and also lack of Vitamin K can’t stop your blood if you are injured.

Now water-soluble vitamins like Vitamin C and B. They are soluble in water. But can’t be store in human body and it removes by way of urine.

Vitamin C: – Vitamin C can be obtained by eating green vegetables, critic foods etc. Its deficiency causes scurvy. Signs of scurvy are laziness, feeling pain in muscle, joints and legs.

Vitamin B: – Vitamin B can be obtained by eating dairy products, green vegetables, eggs etc. Its deficiency affects skin, problem in brain, spinal cords and also nerves.

  • Your right about the importance of this vitamin and the only place we can get it from naturally is the sun. This deficiency is found more in caucasians of a light complexion. These people are usually found indoors because they tend to get sunburn instead of tanning. It sounds like you have more than the deficiency though. You can take any brand of Vitamin D and the D3 is even better. Usually the store brand will be the cheapest but you'll find allot of sales where if you buy one you get one free so when you see this get stocked up depending on the expiration dates. Have you been tested for pernicious anemia? This is a blood disorder that covers most of your symptoms. The doctor needs to take a biopsy of your bone marrow to find out. Try asking him when you see him after your CT scan. I'm not so sure what that might show that matches your symptoms. If your scan comes back negative you might want to find a doctor that is more into diagnostics although I don't know what you have already been through.   • It seems to lean more towards health than biology. For biology, my guess is that you'd need to focus on the biological functioning of the vitamin.

    But I think, for a report, it will be sufficient, because it does deal with a biological topic. Medicine is largely based on biology.

  • Best way to get folic acid is just by taking prenatals. You can also buy folic acid tablets separately. Recommended is at least 800mcg (higher if pregnant) which is 2-4x higher than the average recommended daily. It is hard to get that much naturally (unless you supplement with cereals). There are many cereals fortified with folic acid so just check the amount there.

  • This is one place where what you pay is what you get.
    With vitamins, they can be prepared in many many different ways.
    If you pay for a bottle of cheap vitamins, the vitamins probably aren't making it into your body and are just making expensive pee.

    That being said, you get what you pay for .
    Omega Oils becoming increasingly more necisary when you get older is it helps with brain function, and its been proven to help reduce inflimation, and it is currently being tested as a pain killer. (since many omegas come from fish, and fish feel no pain…long story)..

    As you said, there are so many different vitamins and minerals, its hard to chose, it's because many people have different body builds/types , and need different things.
    You should take into thought , your age, how active you are, what problems you are having, and what you would like to see improved.

    But as we all know, the best way to obtain natural vitamins/minerals/omegas is through the food we eat , eating healthy has alot to do with both mental and physical health.

    Sorry I rambled for so long, but, basically, my advice is to eat healthy, and if you want a good vitamin, I would goto a vitamin store and ask some questions , and find a product that works for you.

  • First of all let me tell you the best way to avoid pimples is that when ever u get a pimple .. squeeze the pimple out.. i mean take out the bad blood and the pus , then if you leave it as such you will get a scar ,

    Inorder to avoid that after taking the bad blood out just take a piece of cotton and soak it in fresh Lime Juice then apply it in the place of the pimple and clean it .

    The scar wont appear.

    Now the case is if u had already had a scar just the lime Juice alone wont work out , all you need to do is that take the cotton and soak it in a mixture of lime juice and honey apply it on the scar and wash it after 10 minutes , this reduces the scar as lime is a natural Bleach.

  • I have used this food for my show dogs off and on for years. I have decided to stick with Diamond Natural Dog food. They had an incident with their food a few years ago, but it was not the Naturals product. The problem was mold from the corn storage area in Georgia, but the Naturals does not contain corn so it was not involved. I had no problems with it other than being not able to buy over two 40 pound bags of it which doesn't last very long for me. This was not an issue with the food but with the feed store.
