My Dr. and I just discusses this last week. Not all people who go through that are going through it due to being lazy. I have limited things i can do as of exercise as i was a passenger in a car accident that almost broke my neck. My feet are bad and i can't walk much or use a tread mill.
Dr. talked about this due to trying to help me lower my blood pressure, diabetes, high cholestrol, ect.

Every day, ordinary people are becoming seriously ill, being diagnosed with every diease imaginable and unimaginable alike. Some of these people are too sickly to leave the hospital; all that they have time to do is look back and think of all the things that they haven’t or should have done. while others forget treatment to do the things they regret. [I don’t really understand what you are trying to say here] The sad part about this is that it just isn’t one person, but many people scrutinizing their lives altogether, with the feeling that it is inadequate.

It really sounds to me though like you need to get off the paranoid pills and relax a little. Who cares what people at the health club think of you? Are you there to be popular and have everyone love you or to exercise?
Ok there are so many errors I feel like re writing the whole thing for you but then you wouldn't learn how to improve it yourself. Here are some tips though… you said that you are extremely honored to be the best woman today (and that sounds bad because it's supposed to be the bride who is the "best" woman on her wedding day) usually you are a maid of honor or a matron of honor or a bridesmaid, the groom is the one who has a best man, but generally it's not call the best woman. Second of all you mention that you are going to say something about the happy couple, but you only talk about the bride. In your opening you thank the people for taking time out of thier busy schedules to be there (as if there was something they really had to drag themselves away from to be here, and it just sounds bad) You should maybe instead say something like I'd like to thank everyone for being here tonight espically those of you who had to travel. You should definately welcome the groom to the family and then give your bit about your sister and then you should say something about the two of them together as well. For example, Even without all of my sisterly advice I know that Jason and Jess are going to have a very happy life together, I can see in thier eyes how much they love one another and I'm so happy that they have found true love. (or whatever, you could make it more personal then that I'm sure,) It's something that you should add though instead of just stopping at your tips and going into a toast, I mean you completely left out anything about the two of them together! Not sure if any of you are in Sciences or studying Biology etc. But yeah, not all foods that are transgenics are bad for you. In fact, studies have shown that almost everyone, yes everyone has eaten genetically modified foods such as corn, nectarines etc. So I am hoping that if any of you are bashing modified foods have actually done your research. But I do agree, natural is a great way to go, but some cases, it’s not practical cause of seasonal issues.
Oh hunnie! I’m really really sorry for you loss. I couldn’t imagine going through that experience. You are so strong to be handling it this well. I like your mindset. You are staying as positive as possible when most people would just hunker down and take the beating that life sometimes thrusts upon us. For that I admire you more than you know.
First off, you are not selfish at all for wanting your own child. I completely understand. My husband and I TTC for 2.5 years and we were at a wits end. He suggested adoption one time and I broke down because as much as I would love to give a child a proper home, I also wanted to experience everything for myself. So I do understand the need and the want. You are not alone in that.
I also know how it feels to be jealous of your friends who are pregnant anc do have children. I was there. I nearly gave up numerous times. I even threw up my hands and told God that I was losing control and he needed to take over. Which, although I am not really a religious person, I think that helped. To let someone else (even if they aren’t real) take over.
Now, I am praying that you are pregnant as we speak, but if not, then do not give up. You will get your time, and I know that sounds cliché, but it’s the truth. I am a firm believer in everything happens for a reason.
If for some reason you aren’t pregnant, why not see a professional about this. One of my good friends is an army wife and she absolutely adores her doctors, so I know there can be good ones on base. But why not get their advise. Sometime you need that extra help to get you there. They could do insemination on you where they can literally place the sperm into your fallopian tubes, and they can also discuss different options with you. I really think it might help, and it may teach you some stuff about your body. I know my infertility treatments taught me loads about my body.
Just know that whatever happens, you are in our thoughts.

Not meaning to be anal but some people don’t have time to go grocery shopping for natural foods every week so they settle for vitamin pills
. And vitamin pills are great actually cause some are 100% natural ingredients. It’s better to have vitamins in pill form than to not have it at all. But I agree, natural foods are the ideal and great way to go ;]. I just wanted to add that multi-vitamins are good too. Studies have shown that calcium pills are better than getting it from milk ;S
