Question about health supplementI'm looking for a health supplement that will increase my metabolism?
I need to lose weight before January 1st, 2010 and I want to speed up the process a little. I already exercise and diet consistently everyday. I know that health/diet supplements can help to increase your metabolism and suppress your appetite, depending on what's in them. Anyway, I need some suggestions. What do you all think?
We hav stores here in Florida it might be nation wide called Sam`s where you buy items in bulk but sometimes they are cheaper.
What brand has that many?? Just curious. Thanks

Probiotics are a MUST! Make sure you get 50 or 60 billion live culture though, most don’t contain NEAR enough to help populate the digestive tract.
More commonly known as the Wolfberry. Or if you are like Stephen Fry the latin name is Lycium Barbarum. I have tried the tea
and have tried them in rice dishes. I know also that it contains warfarin and one or two other toxins.
Anyway according to some, the recommended dosage of wolfberry is 10-15 grams per day:

The answer is mostly yes, milk keeps its good stuff. But the higher and longer it is heated, the more vitamins are destroyed by the heat. Calcium doesn't change and even though the proteins denature slightly, you still digest them to useful amino acids. If you heat the milk to around 120F, you will still have the cooked taste and lose the least amount of vitamins.
If you don't care about having it warm, but like the cooked taste, try this: take a can of evaporated milk and add one can of water to it. Mix your chocolate with this reconstituted milk and you will have the cooked taste and most of the nutrition of fresh milk. Why? When making evaporated milk, the producer fortifies it with vitamin D and sometimes vitamin K to cover the amount lost in their cooking process.
A good source for info about this is “Know the Cause” with Doug Kaufmann on the web. He talks about too much fungal and mold exposure. The low carb plan really helps. He is also on the NRB DirecTV ch 378 daily. This info is also very helpful in dealing with Autism.
You will not need any paper work. Just make sure that the bottles are unopen. Other they may ask questions

Yep 1000mg of V.C is good but you need to break it up and take it in divided doses throughout the day. Same as a B-Complex. Are you from Australia? If so Blackmores Mega B Complex has roughly the right amounts of the B vitamins in it and also contains Choline and inositol which are quite rare. Blackmores Bio C 1000mg is good too.
Its almost impossible to get a good supplement in Australia.
Fish oil isn't for the heart. The heart needs many many nutrients to keep it in good shape. You could take cod liver oil for vitamins A and D. Melrose cod liver oil does not replace the vitamins with synthetic A and D. And then you just need a multi vitamin and mineral supplement. They usually contain vitamins A and D so don't take more than 25,000IU and 4,000Iu respectively.

Mate, a few comments.
You can't get big and lose weight at the same time. This is nearly always true especially without chemical help. You are doing too much cardio to put on weight.
You also would be struggling to work at intensity if you are doing squats and skipping on the same day. By rights working a max or near max intensity you should not be able to complete 5 minutes let alone 20 minutes of skipping. You may need to increase your intensity.
Cut back on the riding too.
Diet sounds like you are on the right path. Keep on the protein line. Don't worry about supplements – most aren't worth their money for an average person (professional athletes are different).
Go heavy mate and you will get big – just don't be stupid – be safe
